Careful what you fish for

I recently cleaned up and organized my digital files and came across this fun gem from my grad school days. It was a quick, in-class, brainstorming project where we broke into groups of 3 or 4 people, and had to come up with, and tell, a story using only images. And those images could only be created using construction paper, scissors, and a glue stick. Our other constraints: we could only use 5 panels to tell our story and we had to create the whole thing in 30 minutes or less.

The class itself was called “Words & Images: Creative Integration” and was probably one of the cooler classes I’ve taken - we completed 6 projects with various goals/problem statements and using various mediums, from print to physical product assemblage to web to motion graphics.

Anyway, this was what my group came up with. All these years later, I still find this hilarious.
